I sent a support ticket asking them to do the same and its been 4 days and still no reply. ExusHost was down for 2 days. Our server was having technical issues which have been resolved, and we atleast refunded maybe 10 people that day.

ExusHost has improved its support, and every false allegation people have said. We were less then 2 weeks old, and relatively new to the hosting business. We weren’t expecting to open until our new design was released (Which it is now released.). We have undergo some changes with our support live support system, hiring a full time agent ready and willing to help you with any need what so ever.
