I’m sure most of you shop in one of the following stores: Amazon.com, Borders, Starbucks Coffee, Cabela’s, CVS Pharmacy, Eddie Bauer, ITunes, JCPenny, Lowes, Overstock.com, Regal, Rixty. Now you can basically get a $10 rebate from CoinStar for redeeming a gift card valued at $40 or greater at the above retailers! I was shopping at Old Navy today and decided to take advantage of this discount! If you shop at the above stores, you should take some coins out the bank and get yourself some gift cards!

So here’s the story of how I made $10 from an average day of spending! I originally had a $65 off $100 coupon for Old Navy from OldNavyWeekly.com. I’ve seen an ad from a deal site about CoinStar, and how they offer a free $10 rebate for cashing in $40 or more in coins. Since my local supermarket has Bank of America inside, it was pretty convenient for me to withdraw $40 in coins. I’ve received $40 in quarters, and put them all in the CoinStar machine, and requested an Old Navy Gift Card valued at $40. The CoinStar machine spit out my Old Navy Gift card, with a receipt with a form where I can send in for $10! I’ve basically went into Old Navy, got $100 worth of mechandise, and used my coupon + $40 gift card to get my merchandise. Not only did I have the convenience of having a gift card to pay for my purchases, I’m going to get $10 in the mail! With this nifty deal, you can save 20% by purchasing gift cards for stores where you no doubt will shop at in the future!
