I agree with the fact that their support is horrible, I had a chat with Jesse because I needed GD library installed for my image hosting site he told me he’ll get the problem fixed in 24 hours and its been over 7 days and still nothing. I sent a support ticket asking them to do the same and its been 4 days and still no reply. I have all faith in them and I dont recommend anyone to join either
